As Founder & CEO of Kemeski Systems, Habib Keita leads a cybersecurity company dedicated to protecting small businesses, clinics, and law firms with simple, serious, and halal-compliant protection. With over a decade of public-sector IT leadership, Habib brings deep technical knowledge, a mission-driven mindset, and unwavering ethical standards to every client engagement.
Vision and Strategy:
Define and guide Kemeski Systems’ strategic direction, ensuring services align with Zero Trust principles, real-world threats, and ethical values.
Service Development:
Design and launch cybersecurity solutions tailored for underserved sectors—like clinics and law firms—emphasizing clarity, compliance, and affordability.

Build and lead a mission-focused team, prioritizing integrity, ethics, and continuous learning across all operations.
Client Trust and Relationships:
Serve as the face of Kemeski, building long-term partnerships with clients through transparent service, education, and accountability.
Compliance and Risk Oversight:
Ensure that all services meet or exceed industry, legal, and faith-based compliance requirements, including HIPAA, CJIS, and halal financial principles.
Habib’s journey began with military service, followed by a career securing high-stakes environments like the Maryland State Police and Annapolis Police Department. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Network Management & Cybersecurity and a Master’s in Cloud Architecture from the University of Maryland.
He founded Kemeski Systems to offer ethical, accessible cybersecurity that small businesses could actually understand and trust.
